Jam-Birthdays-Accident

It has been a very bad day. Yeah. Bad weekend more like it. It began with;

Friday the Jam day.
Now gym-goers, it is not BodyJam. It's jam. Jam - What KL is most famous for, despite its high end 3/4 way highways being build everywhere (even across people's roof now!). Of course, we know who to blame for all the "everlasting" bad condition of roads around Malaysia. HINT* His Black, Bald and full with Bull-Shit.

Back to topic, I drove everywhere today for LLDTK shooting (Grace was sick, so we made her stay home) - picking up equipments, talents, lunch and not that I am complaining but I dont think I deserve 2 hours of driving from Subang-Puchong-Kelana Jaya! I mean, I might as well drive to Seremban or Melaka rite? Main factor I am releasing my anger - Jam. Somemore in the afternoon! Worst; shooting was quite - redundant and ... yah we did not achieve our KPI for that day. Shit Happens you see.

Then, we (vynn,SY,Pohwa) and me - went back. Drop Vynn and SY for Plante Shaker and went onto LDP to fetch Pohwa back. It was hell. Jam Jam Jam again. Can you believe it, you pay tol for the highway, and before the next minute ticks, there is a Jam! Again! Reason; bottle neck ahead and overload of traffic again! Whose fault? Yup ... you guessed it right! haha

After sending PoHwa back, I decided to turn my day around. Rushed home and packed for Gym. I know my friends would be at Step class. I joined the class and had fun. Everything else was away then. Most important, my gym friends and I had a great workout, great food, great fun bitching and laughing and most important great company - cos we got each other!

Then, we had the

Saturday - Leo's Bday!
Before that, it started out with me going to college to transfer (print back to video) our edited work for the previous fashion documentary. We had some minor music overlap error, so we decided to re-transfer it after some minor changes. I was such a Ding Dong that I forgot to bring the DV tapes for transfer - So ? I obviously bought new EXPENSIVE DV tapes from college. Cut throat RM2O per piece (Usually can get less than RM18 per piece!)

Back to the Documentary. Amazingly, I found the files - empty. Someone had access to the Mac we were using for editing and deleted all, Again the keyword is ALL our raw video footages! Can you believe it? Worst, we had the Mac booked under our name till Monday the 14th! Thank gof we transfered the entire project into our DV already!!! Nothing much I can do to save the updated file, but only to call the Soong Sisters and tell them about it, think of Plan B and curse the person who did these things, and when I curse - You will regret it.

Bad point aside, I rest my case on the case and decided to have fun at Leo's party tonight. Afternoon was nothing to boast about.

Night time was fun! Kenny picked me up after his Jam session at FF Curve and we picked Brian LPC too, before heading to Sunway Pyramid to get a Bday card for Leo. We went around looking for cards. Most of them, are plain cute (not my type) and looked the same (after all, you cant ask much from some 2pg fold cupboard, printed with fancy text and funny-cute cartoon illustrations). So we grabbed something and paid for it. Vinito

Then, picked Anthony up and drove all the way to Kak Ju's place. She has a nice house, cute husband and an adorable daughter. It was a suprise party for Leo, so she didnt know we were all hiding in this secret room and pop out suddenly to suprise her with a bday cake!!! Pictures!

There was bitching session as usual. Azi can ada! Hahahaha. For your info, she is a true bitch. She can either be nice to you. Or deadly. Luckily, I am on the nice side! *Phew. Anyhow, we had like a 3 hour bitching session on a particular person! I dont think it's nice to disclose names - so ya, we call her DW. So. we went on and on and on about DW. It was quite entertaining. I didnt know actually to like have a whole gang of people disliking one person. Hmmm ... bottom line. It was bitchy, fun and tiring!

I was strucked with stomach pain since 12am but the condition got worsen about 3am. Didnt want to talk about it.

BTW - Link to more pics about Kak Ju's Bday party and Leo's bday party ...

Woke up knowing it was

Sunday - LLDTK shooting Day
Didnt quite feel good. Stomach still aches and am very tired for shooting. Wanted to cancel shooting but decided to pull it through and stay strong. Grace collected the equipments from my side and went to get everyone to SS2. Producer's job. I stayed in bed for a little longer and proceeded on to the venue, as Grace forgot to take the DSR cam from my house. Well, that was not the issue anyway - it was me. I thought I better get my arse there to start things off.

Arrived there late, to find there were even crew later than me. It was ok. But the feeling got worse when we tried to make Jane cry for a scene. You see, we shared some moments and thoughts. Most of us ended up tearing and I cried; disclosing my suppressed feelings about LLDTK's job and responsibility. It's a long story and I think it's best to keep it suppressed anyway. So, there shall not be any comments on it. Tx

We proceed on with the accident scene! Now, that is fun! I finally got my chance to jump ontop of a moving car and fell off it. It was adventurous, fun and dangerous! Nevertheless, the balance and safety stance I learned from cheerleading helped me maintain my posture while falling of the car and able to land properly without injuring any of my bodyparts. Of course, I did get a few scars; but it was minor. Chee Ying's fake blood was very interesting. The scene was ... well, just watch out for the release of LLDTK! Then you will know :P

Tried to clean myself up before heading to Yuen Steamboat for dinner with my gym buddies. Only 4 were there. ChooiYin, Brian, Chee Ling (CheeYing's sister) and Brian. They waited for me 3 hours- not for dinner but to accompany me for dinner. They had theirs earlier. It was sweet of them. I was glad again, my days ended up with them. I think they are becoming my source for energy, joy and laughters. Steamboat was nothing special. Expensive and normal. Not worth eating but it was ok.

Went over the Vynn's place for offline editing and ended up here - Blogging! Yeah, that's about it ... boring rite?

Wow what a crazy weekend u had...one of the best things about production work here is everything goes smoothly and all ur work is saved on ur personal desktop...so only u can log into ur work and no one else...so it stay there till u finish the semester. Which is damn cool. Can't wait till u get here btw I found out its easy to get a place here nearby so ur frens won't have a prob. Meanwhile talk to ur folks and let me know about this house. Tc.
