The Windy Saturday

It was cold but we still went out. Grace wanted to get herself some autumm/winter wear, so we headed to Bridge road. Me and Eva had been to Bridge Rd but it was Grace's first time. After we board off the tram and with less than 15 minutes of walking, Grace bought a new pink top for $20. Knowing girls - they will take ages to shop, I went on a solo mission. In less than an hour, I spend a total of $100 on a black scarf, a pink sleeping top, a thick pullover, a beige knitted top and a long brown pants. Not bad compared to the girls.

Then, we travelled to the city for lunch @ Hungry Jacks and someone approached us for some environmental donation. It was for this Perth Koala Reserve farm or so. We donated $5 just to get him away. Didn't know whether it was true or not ... will ask Lynn later ... After lunch, we continued shopping. I practically have not much cash left as my budget for shopping is only $100. So, we ended up window shopping around Bourke St and bought some light groceries at ChinaTown ...

We were in town actually to listen to a gig by George *something-i forgot again* at the corner of Swanston St and Collin St about 8pm. It was blue-rock cowboy kinda thinge. Damm ... I can't get it right. Shall correct it tomorrow once Eva is awake. You see what can 12 hours of non-stop essay writing can get you!

The performace was superb. Me and Eva manage to get some liquor too. I bought 4 bottles of Bacardi Breezers for $10. The crowd was receptive. Some were shaking, some were dancing and many was entertained. The night was very cold and windy. We brought our jackets and scarf but it was still very cold. We were practically frozen everytime a wind blow by! The temperature was about 12degree but the experience was awesome. Didn't regret it abit. End up at home being all hungry ... we forgot about dinner ... or rather prefer music over dinner ...

Now ... I am stuck here writing my essay again ... what a life
