Lower Intensity
 
Just finished watching Zathura. I like the way the movie played with silence and unexpected sense of thrill. Overall, the kids are damm adoreable and cute and thet are good in acting (better than Harry) but I still prefered Jumanji.

I think I found a new gym class that I like. Body Balance! Amazingly, it was more fun than I expected. Maybe it was me, Busy and Stress. Thus, Balance actually helps me to relax myself and at the same time sweat moderately. I had many thoughts while attending Body Balance in gym. Thoughts like; I wonder will Body Balance helps in muscle building? Will I become more flexible like those girls/aunties around me? Damm, my legs are shaking again ... why are mine shaking while the rest are not? Balance boy! Balance, Dont fall off guard - very the shy one!!! Warrior Pose ... How many are there? Can the instructor go a lil slower!?!?

I am that crazy of the exercise, believe it or not, I am actually doing some stance I learned, listening to a meditation CD with aircond blasting away - just to make sure I dont over sweat! Yeah! I am doing so-called "Yoga" now ... as in; on the floor typing with my fingers while my left leg is streched to the back and my right light shaping like L in front of me. Cant recall the name. But ya ... something like that :P

What to do, there arent any gym which opened until so late! And even there is - I cant afford those kind of gym.
