Strike 2

I've been counting sheep, then chicken, then rat, then cows, then horses, then humans, then anything that could possible jump over a fence and the numbers reach thousands, still going and still increasing BUT my eyes are still widely open. Heed Kenny's advice by counting backwards and still it doesn't work.

I tried warm milk, warm shower, listening to slow music, tuning the room temperature to comfortable level, clean my room, meditate, make sure there aren't any noise, or even any microwave from electronics and I STILL ENDED UP NOT BEING ABLE TO SLEEP.

Present moment, I am trying relaxation - practising some simple BodyBalance tracks and doing facial mask while listening to the maid behind my house starting off the day. Kind of ironic. She is starting a new day. I am trying so hard to end my day. If I am not asleep at 6am; I would so need to pay a visit to the doctor and see what the hell is wrong with me!

Try letting your mind wander. Don't think about anything and just go with the flow. Geez, I don't know if I'm making sense but if you know what I mean, it's damn relaxing

I think you have too much to worry about. For me, I had insomia for a long time too. I tried all ways, including positioning a chakra at the head of my bed, but that also did not work.

In the end, I found how to sleep better at night. Make sure you get really tired, and the only sleep. Of course it does helps if you sleep in the dark, and also with someone to cuddle up to.... hee hee

aysh - yeah i did tat...fell asleep really quick, but it could also be the reason for not sleeping on the previous day

anonymous - i did tat once, but ended up bathing and playing PS. Not sure it will help but will try.

Dee - I can't wander! You know where I will end up! Then I ended up not sleeping! *bite fingernail and look bimbo*

Simon - No la! Not stressed about AUS ... mayb a lil ... But no la!

Marcus - I tried warm milk. Didn't work. But yoga was much better. When you relax, you tend to close your eyes ... then all in a sudden, you open them widely like some horror movie ...

kewell - My BAILEYS finish liao ... *sob sob*

Kitjar - Chakra? Wow ... How does that help? But if you get yourself all tired and you can't sleep ... that's the end of the world

EVERYONE - Thanks guys for helping :) hugs
